Hi, I'm Liz.
I am the creator, owner and lead instructor of She Flies Fitness.
As a personal trainer and holistic health coach specializing in women’s fitness and nutrition, I have spent the past 10 years helping clients feel confident, strong and in control of their own health and happiness.
She Flies Fitness is built on offering a welcoming environment that provides support, community & a safe space to learn the healing powers of exercise, nutrition and mindfulness.
Each class uses a creative mix of bootcamp and Pilates inspirations. These workouts are designed to leave you feeling empowered - using cardio and resistance training to provide a full body workout with an emphasis on controlled movements, enhancing your mind body connection. While each workout will be intense - I always encourage modifications!
